Our day starts with the preparation, chopping up fresh ingredients that we use to make our products. Our burgers are made from 100% Certified Black Angus beef that is locally sourced from cattle farms of Upstate New York and Pennsylvania. We only use locally sourced ingredients in all of our items in order to help support our community by purchasing locally. We hand cut everything with sharp knives in order to get the best appearance in the presentation of our food. We maintain strict quality standards without ever compromising the quality and integrity of our food.
The always fresh quality ingredients and craftsmanship that we put into every burger is what sets us apart from the rest. Every burger that we sell is designed to look as beautiful and it taste. Never a need to worry about hormones, antibiotics or additives because its all fresh….right down to the bread that is always soft and fresh.
