Privacy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not share your personally identifiable information with anyone unless requested or required by law enforcement agencies, pursuant to lawfully issued subpoenas, court orders, or engaging in or attempting to engage in credit card fraud, theft, or other illegal activities. The Ordering Policy will be considered this entire document in its entirety.
Ordering Terms & Conditions:
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No cancellations, no modification, no refunds or cashback will be given once your order is placed. No third party payments for food pick-up allowed. We will not release orders unless the cardholder is present during pick-up or delivery. The name on the cardholder must match the name of the order. We do not offer refunds due to late arrival of delivery orders or late preparation orders made to pick-up. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to fully check all items ordered are included upon receipt of pick-up or delivery. Missing or incorrect items will only allowed to be pick-up or redelivered on same day of transaction upon proper notification to us. You must provide a reachable working phone number, name, and full address when placing orders with us. At our sole discursion, we may also offer you a coupon code to only be redeemed for online use only. We reserve the right to request photos and original receipts upon contacting us that relates to the subject matter when contacting us. Unbanning accounts will incur a system processing, penalty fees, and all past balances due.
Fairness:
We are committed to treating those with whom we deal in the same manner that we expect to be treated by others. We apply this approach in a consistent, non-discriminatory manner; from our largest orders to our smallest. We will not be held accountable for any staff promises made to you before or after your order with us.
Estimated Ready Date & Time:
During the checkout process, you are asked to select either pick-up or delivery. There is no guaranteed ready time or delivery time for your order. We auto calculate an estimated ready time or delivery time but we cannot guarantee the time as it is subject to variables out of our control such as the size and nature of your order, the volume of business at the moment, and travel conditions. We will redeliver the order one time only within the same delivery time frame we did for your previous order including missing or incorrect items.
Right to Refuse Service and a Ban on Future Service:
We will refuse to serve now and in the future those persons who, in our judgment and discretion: Are unreasonably rowdy or disruptive; Are physically or verbally abusive; Are threatening to our employees, patrons, or other persons on and off our premises; Are engaging in or attempting to engage in credit card fraud, theft, or other illegal activities on our website or on our premises including food tampering or modifications different from the original order; Have in the past engaged in or attempted to engage in credit card fraud, theft, or other illegal activities on our website or on our premises including using falsified order names that do not match the credit card holder name; Are ordering with names or using accounts with us that do not match the credit card holder name, falsifying phone numbers, names and address; Are engaging in or attempting to engage in any invasion, hacking, or disruption of our systems including abuse of our coupon code system by redeeming the same coupon or multiple coupons; Unreasonably interfere with our operations by, for example, occupying chairs, tables or floor space for substantial periods of time without ordering food; or Fail or refuse to return the order or item when demanding a refund; items consumed more then 20% will not be accepted and original packing with containers must be included back to us; Fail or refuse to pickup your takeout order where placed; Issuing or causing issue of credit card charge backs of any kind to any order with us; Fail or refuse to answer your phone and/or door upon our arrival or hold us accountable of non receipt when we are instructed to leave your order with someone else by someone instructed by you or by someone on premise; We have the right to refuse service to any person upon our discretion we feel that the location is hazardous to our delivery persons, if the recipient has a history of denying receipt of our products, demanding a refund, a history of redelivery attempts, missing items and/or any of the terms listed on this entire page.

Please note that e-mail communications will not necessarily be secure; accordingly, you should not include credit card information and/or other sensitive personal information in your e-mail correspondence with us.
